Boulevard Gives a Tour of its New Visitor Center

For years Boulevard Brewing Co.’s growth left it unable to meet a huge demand for tours, causing it to turn away thousands of people every year, but its new visitor center will go a long way toward addressing that issue.

With little fanfare, Kansas City-based Boulevard quietly opened its new visitor center and beer hall on June 30 in the former Skelly Oil Building at 2534 Madison Ave., right next to the brewery. The first floor of the four-story building houses a visitor lobby and brewery tour rally point, gift shop and tasting room. The 10,000-square-foot second floor is open to the public from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. with a gigantic beer hall and patio that can accommodate 400 people.
